PepsiCo Inspires Creativity with New Cookbooks and Recipe Hub

PepsiCo just launched a new project called More Smiles With Every Bite that includes two cookbooks and an online recipe hub with various recipes from Lay’s Hashbrown Casserole to Smartfood Popcorn Holiday Wreath Cake. The limited time Cheetos cookbook, “Bon Appe-Cheetos®: A Holiday Cookbook by Chester & Friends, was launched to support World Central Kitchen for their #ChefsForAmerica COVID-19 food relief program. All proceeds were donated. The $35 cookbook sold out quick, but fans can find select recipes from Cheetos®, Frito-Lay®, and Quaker® on the recipe hub. Fans will also have the opportunity to win a free cookbook by participating in a social media giveaway (details and IG post). Mountain Dew is also coming out with a cookbook on November 16th to celebrate the brand’s 80th birthday called Big Bold Book of MTN DEW Recipes. Takeaway: With the holidays coming up and stay at home orders in our future, brands should capitalize on cooking at home. Create entertaining and inspiring content to engage with consumers this holiday season.
