Don’t Be Like Wells Fargo

In a memo and zoom meeting, CEO of Wells Fargo, Charlie Scharf said “while it might sound like an excuse, the unfortunate reality is that there is a very limited pool of black talent to recruit from.” Many people are cancelling WF for being tone deaf. Talk about a PR nightmare.
